Kamasi Washington performed an epic 100+ member ensemble at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art’s (LACMA) newly built David Leffen Galleries previewing the space for the first time to a public crowd. His EP “Harmony of Difference” played throughout the weekend, featuring bright and harmonious avante-garde jazz which manifested itself into the colors of the lockup with flowing, yet eclectic gradients.
